Service Description

The Initial Session is about establishing a connection, gaining an understanding of what brings you here, and gathering baseline information. Together, we will establish shared goals for working together as well as a plan with with to execute those goals. 1 Hour Session: Perfect for regular meet ups once we have established your goals and desires. 1.5 Hour Session: Great for folks who meet with me regularly but feel anxious about "fitting it all in" in 60 minutes. Sometimes it can take 40-50 minutes for that "ah ha" moment to hit during a session; 90 minute sessions are often helpful in these cases to thoroughly dive into that moment of realization and process it, more fully, together. 2 Hour Session: A deep dive for those who don't see me on a regular basis, or those who do see me on a regular basis and are experiencing significant life events that are challenging/stressful. This session allows for maximum "breathing room" so that you don't feel pressured to "catch up" from the previous session before running out of time. Two hours also allows for a very thorough process that is not rushed, allowing us to focus on what feels the most alive and present for you.
