Hi! I’m Meg.

I am a queer, neurodivergent, multi-passionate, nerdy creatrix who hates writing bios—but does it anyway so you can get a real sense of the human behind the screen. Honesty, transparency, excitement, and creativity shape everything I offer. Living in integrity, to me, means staying deeply aware of my inner world and expressing it with as much clarity and courage as I can. That practice has shaped my own healing and growth, and it’s woven through every skillset I bring forward.

Spirituality, humor, balance, openness, authenticity, curiosity, and accountability are guiding lights in my work and my life.
I love connecting with people—whether it’s an intimate one-on-one conversation that goes deep, or the electric exchange that happens when I’m performing for a crowd or facilitating an interactive art experience. Human connection is the root of all my work.

Professionally, I hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College and have spent over 15 years working with nearly every population across clinical, educational, and community settings. Over time, my path has expanded into a unique blend of offerings that reflect both my training and my creative passions.

True Resonance
is the heart of that blend — the moment when your inner truth vibrates outward into your life, work, art, and relationships. Everything I create is designed to help you reconnect with your own resonance, whether it’s through clarity, expression, embodiment, or creative transformation.
On this site, you’ll find my work in:
Supportive, intuitive, and grounded in nervous system awareness
Evidence-based, holistic, and deeply client-centered
Storytelling through movement, presence, and flame
Ceremony-infused body art that honors identity and transformation
One-of-a-kind, hand-created pieces on vintage clothing and accessories

At the heart of all of it is the same intention: to create meaningful, honest, transformative experiences that help people feel more like themselves—expressed, empowered, and fully alive. That is True Resonance.
