I am consciousness experiencing itself in a wild array of forms.
If you couldn’t already tell, I am a variety pack of skillsets. But what you may not have noticed is a thin, common thread that runs through everything I do.
Any guesses as to what it is?
It’s love.
I believe that love is a frequency, and as such carries with it a specific resonance. Let me explain:
Sound waves, which are a form of energy, travel at different speeds and amplitudes, resulting in waveforms that repeat faster or slower. The faster the speed, the higher the frequency.
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN
Resonance is created when said sound waves bounce off the walls of a container. If the shape or size of the container changes, so does the resonance. A simple way to demonstrate this is to say “ah” and hold out the note, then round your lips. Notice the difference?
Now hold on to that thought, because we are going to get even more sciency.
Modern physics has shown us that what we define as mass is actually a form of concentrated energy. In fact at the atomic level, matter is mostly empty space filled with vibrating energy fields. And atoms? Their internal particles behave like waves of energy rather than solid objects.
Biologically, our nervous system experiences shifts in hormones, neurotransmitters, and electrical activity that generate energy patterns that influence mood, behavior, and even physical health. So when you experience fear or shame, a lower frequency is generated in the body. Joy and love, by contrast, hold a higher frequency.
Still with me? Okay. Let’s reel it back in.
So if our bodies are not solid, but instead densely packed energy fields and vibrations, wouldn’t our bodies, and everything that happens inside and outside of them, also be subject to the laws of frequency and resonance?
Yes. 1000% yes. So let's stitch this all together now.
So in essence, feelings are represented through energy as vibrational states that shape our internal experience and external reality - driving thought, action and even interpersonal connection through energetic resonance.
I believe that love, when seen through the lens of frequency, aligns vibrationally with universal harmony. When the cells in our body vibrate at the frequency of love, those vibrations fractalize outwards through our body and create a resonance that can enhance feelings of balance of unity. I call this “true resonance”.
Each of my offerings were born of a felt sense of joy and love that has persisted and grown through years of practice and refinement. True resonance informs and imbues how I show up for myself, my clients, and the various work that calls to me. It is a transmission through which my soul expresses in the frequency of all that is.
